Wet Paint

It's done (mostly). I've rolled the website over to the new design and everything seems to be working okay so far. I'm still in the process of updating some of the secondary pages and it will probably be a while before I update the look of the genealogy database. Oh, and if you use that little search box over there on the right, the results might look weird. And...

But, hey: Comments! Trackbacks! Nifty new header pictures (reload to see more)! Cool!

Update: Still working on a problem with comments...

Thought I'd try the comment area. Debbie was saying things weren't working well for her in this area earlier today. Earlier today, a representative from a company manufacturing a radically-different anchor called and told me they wanted to send me one (for free) to run it through its paces -- and report to the Bayliner Owners' Club the results of my experience. (My current anchor got bent all crazy like last weekend and I had been talking to several folks about their anchors.) It is called an XYZ anchor and should arrive by mid-week.

Way cool! I love the landscape format pics.

Anchor for What boat?

Hello,
I came across your wonderful web site whilst looking for information on Wilke Genealogy.

That is certainly a fun web site and I enjoyed browsing it and really enjoyed the photos of your new house!

I am British and married to a German who´s mothers maiden name is WILKE.
If you have any information on Wilke´s from Berlin, Brandenburg, Preussen I would be really interested.

regards,
Marina

I don't know about anchors, but I've tried several beta products in my day...I just hope it keeps you...er...anchored?
