Sometime back in December, Henry saw a picture of a rocket in a magazine. Since then, he has been thoroughly obsessed with space and space travel. He literally can’t get enough. Naturally, we’ve done our best to fuel the fire. Santa brought him several books and videos about space, NASA, Apollo, etc. He watches ”For All Mankind” repeatedly and in such rapt attention, you’d think it was The Wiggles. He also managed to sit through a good portion of ”The Right Stuff” with us. When he plays with his Duplo blocks, he builds and launches rocket after rocket. And out-of-the-blue, he asks us to regale him with space trivia: “Daddy, talk about Mercury-Atlas,” “Mommy, talk about stages separating,” “Daddy, talk about space shuttle.” Today was a difficult day.
