  According to his WWII draft card (completed in February 1942), he was employed by Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and listed his mailing address as 1346 Butler Avenue SE in that city (the home of his grandmother Elizabeth), but listed his place of residence as his parents’ home in Denver.
